SortieBase

Keep your repeat clients out of the marketplace.

The marketplace can have the first shoot. Every reshoot after it runs through your own portal: the client rebooks in one click at the locked price, gets their files, leaves the review. No commission, no middleman, your name on all of it.

And while you're flying, it finds the next client: building permits, storm swaths, and new businesses in your metro, scored and emailed from your own mailbox.

A real price before they call you.

Your booking page prices the job itself: the client types the address, picks the service, and sees the number in thirty seconds with travel already in it. The price locks for thirty days. When they accept, your terms and media license are agreed before you've picked up the phone. Deposits at booking arrive with payments in the founders' release.

Someone who prices a job and walks away gets a nudge two days later and a follow-up a week after if they clicked. Quotes nobody chased become jobs.

It finds the work you'd never hear about.

Every week it reads your metro's building permits, the storm reports from the night before, and the new businesses on the map. It matches them to the roofers, builders, property managers, venues, marinas, and self-storage operators already in your list, anyone with a big property and a marketing budget, scores each one, and writes the first email with the price already in it.

You send from your own mailbox, a few a day, with a reply inbox that lives in the same desk. Replies, bounces, and unsubscribes are handled before you see them.

Own the second job.

Your clients get a portal under your name. Their past shoots, their files, a one-click rebook at the price you locked, the monthly package, a reschedule button when the weather turns. Review requests go out when the invoice is paid.

Once the direct path is easier than the marketplace, they stop using the marketplace. One saved commission a month pays for the desk.

Run the schedule from your phone.

The desk answers two questions: who needs you, and what's flying next. Fly full time or fit shoots around another job; drive time is blocked on the calendar, airspace is checked when a job is booked and flagged if you need LAANC, and each flight gets a go, watch, or no-go the night before from the hourly forecast. Anyone you fly with sees their own jobs and uploads from the field.

Delivery that doesn't expire on Friday.

No Dropbox folders, no transfer links that die in a week, no "can you resend those?" in March. Upload from the desk or from the truck, and the client gets one email: your files are ready. They sign in to their portal and download, today or eleven months from now.

Every download link is signed and short-lived, so a forwarded email doesn't hand out your work. Files stay twelve months by default, and the portfolio you show prospects is built from the deliverables you choose to show.

Your team, your calendar, one place.

Invite the pilots you fly with. Each one signs in and sees only the jobs assigned to them, marks them flown, and uploads the files from the field. Block out the hours you can't fly and nothing gets scheduled over them.

Every booked job lands on your calendar with the drive time already around it, so two shoots never collide across town. Clients ask to reschedule from their portal and it shows up as a request, not a phone call.

It runs while you fly.

One email each morning: who replied, what's flying, what's expiring, what broke overnight. Every flown job logs the round trip at the IRS rate for your year-end mileage export. Review requests go out when the invoice is paid. Your Part 107, registration, and insurance expiries get a warning at sixty, thirty, and seven days, and your insurance certificate has a public link for the clients who ask.
